Pico de Gallo

Monahan's Seafood Market | Fresh Whole Fish, Fillets, Shellfish, Recipes, Catering & Lunch Counter-Ann Arbor, Michigan

•    3 tomatoes, cored and cut into 1/4 inch dice
•    1/4 c finely finely chopped onion
•    2 T fresh cilantro leaves
•    2 T fresh lime juice
•    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
•    1 T finely chopped jalapeño pepper

Toss all ingredients into a bowl and let rest up to 1 hour. The fresher, the better.
