Spanish Clam Magic
It’s official! The holidays are upon us. Most everyone gets pretty busy this time of year, including me. This is a time of family, joy and fast easy dinners.
Last week we shared a recipe of steamed mussels with tomatoes and herbs. So fast, easy and good. Hope you had a chance to try it! This week we’re staying on the easy, steamed shellfish theme with Spanish style steamed littleneck clams. Another easy, quick one with a tangy sauce and a nice kick to it. Add the chili flakes and paprika slowly to taste if you don’t like it a little spicy.
Don’t forget a nice crusty bread for soppin’ up the sauce! Enjoy!
