More Freshness From the Florida Keys!
You may have already enjoyed some of our snapper recipes and articles we’ve posted in the past. I love these fish and have written about them a lot but lately we have been seeing some yellowtail snapper from the Florida Keys that are so fresh they’re stiff as a board and still have surprised looks on they’re faces!
These fish are begging to be sizzling on a hot grill! Simply scored, basted with a little olive oil and served with a fresh summery salsa (like this mango pineapple salsa).
It doesn’t get much better than this!
