Furikake Mahi Mahi

Serves 4

  • 1 1/2 – 2 lb. mahi mahi fillet, skin removed, cut into 4 servings
  • Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Seto Fumi Furikake or Yasai Fumi Furikake or both (available at Asian stores)
  • 3/4 cup panko crumbs

Pre heat oven to 375º

Lightly oil a broiling pan or baking dish. Coat top and sides of fillets with mayo and liberally coat with furikake panko mixture. Place fillet on broiling pan and place in pre-heated oven. Bake for 10 min per inch of thickness or until fillets are barely opaque in the center (gently slice into thickest part of fillet being careful not to mar the appearance). Plate and serve.
