Pico de Gallo

- 3 tomatoes, cored and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1/4 c finely chopped white onion
- 2 T fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 t rice wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 T finely chopped jalapeño pepper
Toss all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
