Brush the maple whiskey glaze on the salmon at the end, that’s all you’ll need

  • I have eaten Monaghan’s cedar planked salmon with the maple whiskey sauce for years and I think it is the best way to eat salmon I’ve ever had. Worth walking on hot coals to get!
